Komala Vardan

Komala Vardan is located at Mahalakshmi Bhavan on Plot 44 in the Tughlakabad Institutional Area. It is right next to Batra Hospital, so there are always ambulances and people around, which makes the area feel very active. The building itself is a bit older and has that solid, institutional feel to it. We aren't in a fancy glass tower in a business district. Instead, we are tucked away in a spot that feels a bit more grounded. The hallways are wide and sometimes a bit dimly lit, and the stairs are definitely a workout if you don't want to wait for the lift. We spend our days dealing with the usual paperwork and meetings that keep everything running. The traffic on the road outside can get pretty bad during the morning rush, so we’ve learned to plan our arrivals around it. There’s a small canteen nearby where we grab tea, and it’s usually where we run into people from the other offices in the area. It is a very straightforward environment without any bells and whistles. We just focus on the tasks we have and try to get through the pile on our desks before the sun goes down. It’s the kind of place where you know your neighbors and the security guards by name after a few weeks. We like the steady pace of this neighborhood and how it stays predictable.
