Our office is located at Flat No. 186, Type-I, in the Delhi Admin Flats over in Gulabi Bagh. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is a bit quieter than the usual commercial centers in Delhi 7. We have been operating out of this flat for a while, focusing on real estate and property consultancy. It is a very modest setup, just a regular flat that we use for work. We don't have big neon signs or a fancy entrance. Most people find us because they have specific business with us regarding property in this part of the city. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking documents and talking to clients about market trends. Because we are in the admin flats, we are surrounded by people who live and work for the city government, which gives the area a very specific feel. We spend a good chunk of our time researching property values and making sure our reports are accurate. It is a lot of quiet, focused work. We don't really do the big marketing thing. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to be as helpful as we can with the information we have. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped with all the files, but we manage. It is a no-nonsense environment where we just focus on the job. We like the local vibe of Gulabi Bagh and have become quite used to the pace of life around here.
