Klove Studio

Klove Studio is located at Office No. J/2 in Green Park. It’s a nice enough area, and being in J/2 gives us the space we need without it being too overwhelming. The studio is where everything happens. We have a lot of glass and metal pieces lying around because that’s what we work with most. It’s a bit of a creative mess most days. We didn't set out to be a big name; we just really liked the process of making light fixtures and art. There are usually three or four of us in here at any given time, either sketching or putting something together. We don’t do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. Everyone just chips in where they can. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If a big project comes in, we all huddle around the table to figure it out. Green Park is a good location because it’s easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We’ve had this space for a while now, and it’s slowly filled up with prototypes and old sketches that we can't quite bring ourselves to throw away. It’s a working studio, not a gallery, so don't expect everything to be pristine. We’re just here to do the work and see what we can create next. It's a bit loud with the tools sometimes, but we like it.
