If you are looking for K.K. Khanna & Co., you will find us at Shop No.17 in the Khajor Builiding. This is right in Bhagirth Place, which is a part of Chandni Chowk that never seems to sleep. It is incredibly crowded, and the alleys are quite narrow, so you have to be careful where you walk. Our shop is small, filled with boxes and ledgers that have been piling up over time. We have been in Chandni Chowk for a long time, and we have seen the shops around us change owners many times. Khajor Builiding is an old structure with a lot of character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We are used to the noise of the rickshaws and the shouting of the vendors outside. Inside Shop No.17, it is a bit more organized, though we are always running out of shelf space. We know the other shopkeepers around Bhagirth Place, and we often share a cup of tea while talking about the weather or the market. It’s a very traditional way of working, and we haven't seen much reason to change it. There is a certain rhythm to the day here that you don't get in the newer parts of the city. It’s dusty and loud, but it is exactly where we belong every day from morning until evening. This shop is basically our whole life and history.
