Cool Connections Store

Cool Connections Store is over at H-57 in Kirti Nagar, not too far from the metro station. Being near the metro is great because it makes it easy for folks to find us, though the area is always packed. We mostly deal with air conditioning parts and cooling systems. The shop is filled with copper pipes, compressors, and stacks of filters. It’s a bit of a squeeze to walk around sometimes. We started this place because we saw how much people struggle with the heat around here. It’s a small operation, just me and a couple of guys who handle the repairs and installations. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a practical store where you come to get what you need to fix your AC. The phone rings a lot during the summer months, which can be a bit stressful. We try to get to every call, but sometimes we are booked for days. In the winter, things quiet down and we spend time organizing the inventory and catching up on paperwork. We’ve got a small bench out front where we sit and have tea when it isn't too busy. Kirti Nagar is a big market area, so there’s always something going on. We like being part of the local scene here. It’s just a regular shop doing regular work for the neighborhood.
