Khurana Auto Agency operates out of a small office, No-1633/33, in Naiwala. This area of Karol Bagh is known for its narrow streets and its huge concentration of auto parts shops. We have been working out of this office for a long time now. Unlike some of the bigger shops, we operate more as an agency, handling wholesale orders and distribution. The office is often quite crowded with stacks of invoices and samples of different parts. It’s a busy environment where the phone never seems to stop ringing. I started this agency years ago and have kept it running through all the ups and downs of the market. We don't have a big team or a fancy corporate structure. It’s just a few of us making sure that orders are placed and delivered correctly. We spend a lot of time talking to manufacturers and other retailers in the market. There is a lot of trust involved in what we do. We don't use any slick marketing language. We just focus on getting the job done and keeping our word to our clients. The streets of Naiwala are always full of life, and though it can be stressful to navigate, it’s a great place to do business. We’ve built a solid little agency here by just being consistent and showing up every single day.
