Our place is over in Tigri Khanpur, near Baba Ramdev Park at B-481. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of houses and small shops. We focus on bathroom stuff. You’ll see a lot of taps, shower heads, and pipes if you walk into our space. It’s not a high-end boutique or anything like that. It’s more like a workshop and a store rolled into one. We spend a lot of time helping people figure out what kind of fittings they need for their home repairs. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with boxes piled up near the door. We don't have a professional decorator. We just put the items where they fit. Tigri can be a bit chaotic with the traffic and the narrow lanes, but we like being here. The park nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the plumbers who work in this part of town. They come in to get parts and we usually have a quick chat about whatever job they are on. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us doing the daily tasks of checking inventory and helping customers. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s a simple business and we like keeping it that way. We just stay open until the evening and then head home, ready to do it all over again the next day when the sun comes up.
