Our place, Khandelwal Services, is located at Plot No. 1891 in Gali Lehshwa. That is inside Kucha Pati Ram, right in the middle of Sita Ram Bazar. If you know Chandni Chowk, you know how narrow and busy these lanes can get. It is a part of Central Delhi that never really seems to sleep. We have been operating from this small spot for quite some time now. Dealing with the bustle of the bazar is just part of our daily routine. The office is tucked away, so you really have to look for the plot number to find us. We do various services here, mostly helping people with their paperwork and other local needs. It is not a corporate setup at all. It is just a room with some old furniture and a lot of files stacked up. We do not believe in making things look more impressive than they really are. We are just local people doing a job. The lanes of Chandni Chowk are full of history, and we feel like a small part of that story. Sometimes the heat in the summer is really tough, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. People come to us because they know we have been here for years and we are not going anywhere. We do not use any fancy marketing. Usually, someone just tells their neighbor about us and they show up. That is how it works in Sita Ram Bazar. It is a noisy, crowded, but very honest place to work.
