K.C.J. & Company

K.C.J. & Company is located at A-1 in the Dsidc Complex. This is right in the middle of the Patpar Ganj Industrial Area. It’s not a pretty place, to be honest. There’s a lot of grey concrete and the sound of machines everywhere you go. Our unit is just one of many in this big complex. We’ve been here for a long time. The walls are a little stained and the floor has some cracks, but it’s a working space, not a showroom. We don't get many visitors who aren't delivery drivers or vendors. We spend our days managing the company and making sure everything is running like it should. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we don't mind. Patpar Ganj is a tough area, but it’s where the industry is. We’ve got a small team and we’ve all been together for years. We eat lunch together in the office most days. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to do our work well and keep the business going. Sometimes the electricity fails and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but we just use that time to talk. It’s a very basic setup. We have a few old computers and a printer that jams every now and then. We just fix it and keep moving. It’s an honest way to spend the day and it keeps us busy until it is time to leave.
