Regharpura is a maze of narrow streets and old buildings. We provide medical services and equipment from this little office. It’s not a big hospital or anything like that, just a place where we manage things. The space is filled with boxes and some medical gear that we move in and out. It’s often quite a struggle to get deliveries through the narrow lanes, but we’ve figured out the best times to do it. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. People from the neighborhood stop by often just to ask questions or get help with their equipment. It’s a very local vibe here. We have a small desk for paperwork and a couple of chairs for guests. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but we have a fan that does the job. Karol Bagh is always moving, and we are just one small part of it. We don’t do big ads or anything; people usually find us by word of mouth or by just walking past. We try to keep things simple and helpful for whoever walks through the door. It’s just us here, answering the phone and checking the stock of medical supplies we have on the shelves.
