Our place is located at T-2536 on Hardhyan Singh Road in Karol Bagh. If you know this area, you know how hectic it can get with all the traffic and shops. We’ve been operating out of this space for quite some time now. We deal with sales and distribution of various items. It’s mostly just a lot of boxes and paperwork most days. The building itself is older, typical for Karol Bagh. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by to pick things up. There isn’t much to look at inside, just shelves and desks. We try to keep things moving so customers don’t have to wait around too long in the heat. It gets pretty loud outside with the horns and the people walking by. We’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. Most of our day is spent making sure orders are correct and getting them out the door. We don't really do much advertising because people around here already know where we are. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if it’s just a regular sales office. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized.
