Karma Industries

Karma Industries is situated at B-73 on the ground floor. We are in Phase-I of the Okhla Industrial Area. Okhla is a massive place with thousands of units like ours. Being on the ground floor is very convenient for us. We don't have to worry about moving things up and down. Our space at B-73 is quite large and we have all our machines set up in a row. It is a noisy place when everything is running. The air is always moving because of the big fans we have. Okhla Phase-I is a very busy area with lots of trucks and workers. We have been here for a good number of years. Inside our unit, we have a small section for the office work. We have a few desks and some old chairs. We don't have any fancy art on the walls, just some technical charts and a clock. The team here is like a small family. We have lunch together and talk about the work. We don't do any big marketing. We just focus on what we are making and make sure the orders are ready on time. The building is made of solid concrete and it stays relatively cool in the morning. By the afternoon, it gets quite warm. We just keep our heads down and get the job done. That is how we operate here in Okhla.
