We are based at Plot No-D100 in the Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-1. It’s a busy part of Delhi, right opposite the DTDC office. If you stand outside, you can see the courier trucks moving in and out all day long. Karl Storz Endoscopy India Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle a lot of specialized medical equipment. The building is functional, designed for moving boxes and storing high-end gear rather than looking pretty. The air inside is always a bit cool because of the climate control for the instruments. We have a lot of technicians coming and going. The parking out front is always a bit of a nightmare, so most of us come early to get a spot. It’s a very industrial vibe—metal shutters, concrete floors, and lots of packing tape. We don't do much in terms of fancy decor. There are some posters on the walls about different medical procedures, but that’s about it. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the local stalls nearby. The noise of the machinery from other units in the area is always there. It’s a productive atmosphere. We just focus on getting the endoscopy tools ready for the hospitals. It’s a lot of precision work, but the office itself feels very down-to-earth. We’ve been here in Naraina for quite a while now and we know the rhythms of the street. It is just a regular workday for us every time we open up.
