You can find Surgyan Digital Solution at E-20 on the first floor of the Karampura Complex. It’s a busy building with a lot of movement, so there is always someone coming or going in the hallways. Our space is pretty simple—just a few desks, a lot of computer monitors, and more cables than we probably need to have. We deal with all sorts of digital problems for the people who stop by our office. We aren't a big, polished company with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s more of a place where we sit down and get into the guts of a computer issue or a software problem. Sometimes the overhead lights flicker a bit, and the stairs up to the first floor can be a little tiring if you’re doing it multiple times a day. We’ve been in Karampura for a good while, so we know most of the people in the complex. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. If a computer is slow or a system isn't working, we just look at it and try to fix it. We don't have a sales team trying to talk people into things they don't really need. Usually, it's just a conversation about what's broken and how we can get it running again. It’s a steady, small-scale operation, and we like the fact that we can just focus on the technical work without all the corporate nonsense. We usually have a bit of music playing in the background to keep the energy up.
