We are located at UG-9 in Harsh House, which is right opposite the Milan Cinema in the Karampura Commercial Complex. If you know that part of Delhi, you know it’s always crowded and there’s never enough parking. Fire Hut is basically a place for anyone looking for commercial kitchen gear. We have a lot of stuff squeezed into our space. It’s not a polished showroom where everything is under spotlights. It’s more of a working shop where you might have to dodge a crate or two to see what you need. We get a lot of restaurant owners coming in, looking stressed about their kitchens. We just sit them down and talk through what they actually need versus what they think they need. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes we are on the phone all day with suppliers, trying to track down a specific part. The noise from the street and the cinema crowd is always there in the background. We’ve got a small team that handles the sales and the heavy lifting. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we know where everything is. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy pitches. We just show the equipment, tell them how it works, and talk about the price. It’s straightforward business in a busy part of the city.
