Kanchan Enterprise

Our place is on the ground floor of Rohit House-3, which is on Tolstoy Marg in Connaught Place. Being in CP is quite something because it is the heart of Delhi. You see all sorts of people walking by our window every day. The office is not very big, but it is enough for the work we do here. We have been in this building for several years. It is an older place, so the walls have some cracks and the floor is a bit worn, but we like it. We handle various tasks for our enterprise, mostly related to paperwork and coordinating with people in the city. There are only a few of us in the office, so we all have to do a bit of everything. We do not have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just walk in and one of us will be there at a desk. We eat our lunch together most days, sometimes getting something from the street vendors outside. The traffic on Tolstoy Marg can be a nightmare in the evenings, but that is just part of working in central Delhi. We are not interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just a small group of people doing our jobs as well as we can. We know the security guards and the other office workers in the building. It feels like a little community in the middle of a giant city. That is just how we do things.
