We are based out of Lawrance Road Industrial Area, G-2. This is an industrial zone, so it’s all about production and heavy machinery around here. Our building is a basic structure, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just the sounds of the machines and people moving parts around. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time. It’s not the kind of place where customers just walk in off the street. Most of our work is done through phone calls and pre-arranged orders. The office part of the building is just a couple of desks with old computers and a lot of paper files. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours of the day. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the quality is okay before things go out the door. The workers here have been with us for a long time, so we all know how things work. Sometimes the loading dock gets backed up, and things get a bit stressful, but we eventually figure it out. It’s a straightforward industrial business. We don’t spend money on fancy decor because we’d rather just keep the machines running well. That’s just the way we operate in this area.
