You can find us at G-6, 13/22 on Arya Samaj Road in Karol Bagh. This part of Delhi is always moving, and Arya Samaj Road is one of the busiest spots you could imagine. Our place is tucked away in one of the buildings there. We handle imports and exports, mostly dealing with different goods that come through the city. The office is small and filled with files and samples of things we’ve brought in over the months. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls; it’s more of a place where we drink chai and talk to vendors all day long. The dust from the street always finds its way inside, so we are constantly cleaning the desks. We don't have a marketing team or a big strategy. We just rely on the contacts we’ve made over the years and the fact that we’ve been in Karol Bagh for a long time. The parking situation around here is a nightmare, so we usually tell people to take the metro if they want to visit us. It’s a loud, vibrant area and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the paperwork for a shipment, and we can hear the street markets still going strong outside. It’s a hard-working atmosphere, and we’ve gotten used to the pace of life here. We just keep our heads down and do our daily work.
