Kallu & Company

Kallu & Company is tucked away in Karkar Duma Village at number 411. If you know the Karkardooma area, you know the village part is quite different from the new buildings. It’s a bit more crowded and the streets have their own way of working. We’ve been at 411 for a long time now. It’s just a regular place where we do our business every day. Most of our neighbors know us by name. We don't really do any big shouting about what we do. It’s just a local operation. Sometimes the traffic in the village gets a bit much, especially in the afternoons, but we just keep the doors open and wait for whoever needs to come in. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just a practical space for us to work. We have seen kids grow up in this lane while we’ve been sitting here at Kallu & Company. It’s a simple life, really. We open up in the morning, sweep the front, and get started. There’s no big mission statement or anything like that here. We just try to get through the day’s tasks and go home to our families. If you are wandering around Karkar Duma Village, you’ll eventually stumble upon us at 411. It’s a steady kind of place, and we like it that way. It's just a normal shop for normal people around here. We just want to finish the work and enjoy our tea.
