Cross Pens

Our shop is tucked away in C Block, specifically at Shop No 26B on the Main Road in Kalkaji. If you know Delhi, you know how hectic the main roads can get around here. We’ve been selling pens and related items for a bit. It’s a small space, but we try to keep it organized so folks can find what they need without a fuss. We mostly deal with pens, obviously, given the name. We aren't a big showroom or anything like that. It’s just a regular counter where we talk to customers who are looking for a decent writing tool or maybe a gift. Sometimes the lights flicker, and the shelves are a bit crowded, but it works for us. We see a lot of students and office workers coming through since we’re right on the main path. It’s nice to see familiar faces every week. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer. It gets hot in the summer, but we have a small fan that keeps us going. Selling pens might seem simple to some, but there’s a lot to know about how they write and which ink lasts. We just try to give honest answers when people ask questions. No fancy talk, just a local shop in Kalkaji trying to keep things moving along. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy enough.
