Kalawati Saran Hospital

It gets really crowded here at Kalawati Saran Hospital on Bangla Sahib Marg. Being a children's hospital, there is always the sound of kids crying or playing in the hallways. We have been in this part of the city for a long time now. The building is older, and you can see that in the walls and the way the rooms are laid out. Most days, parents are lined up early in the morning just to get a spot. It is not a fancy place with shiny floors or glass walls, but it works for what people need. The staff here mostly just tries to keep up with the rush. It’s right near the main road so the traffic noise outside never really stops. You have to walk through the main gates and sometimes it’s a bit of a maze finding the right ward. There are benches scattered around where families wait for hours. We see people from all over coming here because it is a known spot for kids' health. The doctors stay busy, usually moving from one bed to the next without much of a break. It's just a regular, working hospital for the little ones. Some days are harder than others when the wards are full. We don't have all the modern decorations you see in private clinics. It’s just us doing the job every day on this busy street.
