We've been at B-9/176 in Sector 4, Rohini for a while now. It's a busy spot. Kainos Electrical Star Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us doing our daily work with wires and electrical stuff. People stop by the shop often. It gets dusty sometimes because of the traffic outside. We handle a lot of different requests. Most days start early here. We have a small team. Everyone knows their job. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that. Just a regular place where we get things done. Sometimes the phones ring too much, but that's how it goes. We try to keep track of all the inventory in the back. Rohini is a big area so we see a lot of local faces. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years. Some people have been coming to us since we first set up here. It’s mostly about making sure the parts are right and the work is solid. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or big signs. The address is pretty easy to find if you know Section 4. We keep our tools ready. Every day is a bit different. One day it's small parts, the next it's something bigger. We just stick to what we know. It's hard work but it keeps us busy. We don't really have a big marketing plan. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors or walk in from the street. That's fine by us.
