British Paints

Being located in the D.D.A. Commercial Complex in Zamrudpur is an interesting experience. Our office for British Paints is tucked away in this extension of Kailash Colony, and it’s a place that stays busy from morning until the sun goes down. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or people who just want to freshen up their living rooms. We have stacks of color cards everywhere, and sometimes the smell of the warehouse downstairs drifts up, but you get used to it after a week or so. The complex itself has seen better days, but it’s a solid place to work from. We handle a lot of phone calls and paperwork, trying to keep track of where the buckets are going. It’s not always organized perfectly, and there are times when we have to hunt for a specific invoice under a pile of other things. The traffic around Zamrudpur can be a real pain during rush hour, so we try to get our deliveries out early if we can. We are just a group of people who know a thing or two about what goes on a wall. There aren't any big speeches or complicated plans here. We just show up, open the doors, and help out whoever walks in looking for a specific shade or a bit of advice on how much they need for a job. It's a simple, honest way to spend the week among piles of paint cans.
