Kabliji Hospital

At 11 Amrita Sher Gill Marg, you’ll find Kabliji Hospital. This street is a bit different from the busier parts of the city, and we like that it gives our patients a little more peace while they’re recovering. The building itself has a lot of character and has been part of this area for years. We’ve got several wards and private rooms, and we try to keep the atmosphere calm. The nurses are usually busy moving between rooms, and there’s always someone at the front desk to help point people in the right direction. We deal with all kinds of medical situations here, from minor injuries to people who need to stay with us for a few days of observation. The kitchen in the back keeps the meals going for the patients, and you can often smell the tea being brewed in the afternoons. We don't have a lot of corporate rules about how we talk to people; we just treat everyone like a neighbor who needs help. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and we have to scramble to keep up, but that’s just the nature of hospital work. We keep our records organized in big cabinets, and though we’ve started using computers more, there’s still plenty of paper around. It’s a reliable place for the local families, and we take pride in just being here day after day, making sure the doors are open for whoever needs us.
