K K Traders

Thatheri Bazar is a very old and busy part of town. Our spot is at Plot No.25/21, and we are quite close to the Jama Masjid. You can always hear the calls to prayer and the general roar of the market throughout the day. K K Traders is right in the middle of it all. It’s a trading business, so there’s a lot of coming and going. We deal with various items, and the inventory is constantly changing. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be clever about how we stack the boxes and crates. It’s a bit of a maze inside, but we know exactly where everything is. The walls are a little dusty because of the market location, but we try to keep things organized. We don't use any fancy management software or anything like that; a lot of it is just done in physical notebooks and through word of mouth. The neighbors are all traders too, so we see the same faces every morning when we open up. It’s a traditional way of doing business, based on knowing people and being present. We don't have a mission statement or any of that marketing stuff. We just trade. If you come by the Jama Masjid area, you’ll see how crowded it gets, and we are just one of the many small businesses making a living in the bazar. We’ve been here for years.
