We are based out of Vasant Kunj, in a flat in Pocket 2/3. It is a residential area, so it is relatively quiet compared to the main city markets. Being in D-2 means we have some greenery around, which is quite nice when we need a quick break from looking at our computer screens all day. June Management And Technology Advisors is basically just a group of us who have been doing this kind of work for a while. We handle management stuff and help out with various tech problems. It is not a huge operation at all. We mostly work from the desks we have squeezed into the rooms of this flat. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors’ kids playing outside or the local vegetable seller calling out in the lane. It is a very normal, everyday setting for us. We are not trying to impress anyone with a big fancy office address. We just focus on the advising part of the business. A typical day involves a lot of reading, some long meetings over cups of tea, and trying to solve whatever issues our clients happen to have. We do not use big words or fancy presentations if we can avoid them. We just like to talk through the problems. It is a lot of hard work but we enjoy the flexibility of being in this part of Delhi. Sometimes we work weekends if a project is really pressing.
