We are based in the Lodhi Road Complex in New Delhi, specifically at number 668. Being in this part of the city means we are right in the middle of everything. The complex is always busy with people from different offices moving around. Our space is filled with various bits of machinery and technical manuals. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or expensive art. Instead, you’ll see a lot of metal, spare parts, and tools. We spend our days troubleshooting issues and making sure the equipment is in good shape. The staff here is quite small but everyone knows their way around a machine. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. Lunch is often eaten at our desks or at one of the small stalls nearby. Lodhi Road has a lot of history, but we’re mostly focused on the present and the work right in front of us. It gets busy during the peak hours, and the phone rings more than we’d like, but that’s part of the job. We aren't interested in making a big show of things. We just provide a place where machines get looked after and the work gets done correctly. It's a straightforward life here at Juki Machinery, and that's how we prefer it to be. We don't need a lot of extra polish to do a good job for the people who rely on us.
