Jmjm Infratech Llp is located at D 5/7 in Vasant Vihar. It’s a nice, leafy part of Delhi, and our office is tucked away in one of the blocks there. We are a limited liability partnership. This means we are a small group of partners who decided to start our own thing in the infrastructure space. We don't have a giant office building or a hundred employees. It’s just a few of us and some support staff. We spend most of our time looking at plans and trying to figure out the best way to move projects forward. Vasant Vihar is a good location because it’s quiet enough to actually get some thinking done, but still close enough to the main parts of the city. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Most of the people we deal with are through word of mouth or long-term contacts in the industry. It’s a bit of a personal way to do business. We have our desks set up and we just get to work every morning. There’s always a lot of tea being drunk while we discuss site issues or material costs. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. It’s more about just staying steady and making sure we don't miss anything important. We like the pace of things here. It allows us to keep a close eye on everything we take on without getting overwhelmed.
