You can find us on the second floor of West End Mall in Janakpuri, at Shop No. 203 and 204. Being in the District Centre means it's always crowded and lively around us. We aren't a massive travel agency with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group that helps people figure out their trips. Our office has maps pinned to the walls and stacks of brochures that we try to keep organized, though it doesn't always work out. People come in while they’re doing their weekend shopping to ask about flights or train bookings. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and checking schedules. It’s not always glamorous; there’s a lot of paperwork and waiting for systems to load. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Janakpuri over the years. We like hearing stories from customers when they come back from their holidays. It’s better than just clicking buttons online. We offer a human touch, even if our desks are a bit messy with coffee mugs and sticky notes everywhere. We don't have a corporate dress code or anything. We just wear what’s comfortable and talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because usually, they are. Sometimes the mall music gets a bit loud, but we’re used to it by now. We’re just here to help you get from one place to another without too much fuss. There is always a new destination to talk about.
