Our office is located at 117 Vishal Tower which is part of the District Centre. Competent Pneumatic Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a good while and we are pretty settled into the routine of the building. Being in Vishal Tower means we are surrounded by other businesses so there is always a lot of movement in the hallways and near the elevators. We spend our time working with pneumatic systems and parts which involves a lot of technical specs and checking over catalogs. The office is mostly filled with desks and a few display models of the equipment we handle. It is not the most glamorous setup but it is functional and it works for us. We don't spend money on expensive decorations or anything like that. Instead we just focus on keeping our inventory organized and answering the phones when they ring. The District Centre is a convenient place to be because everything we need is right within walking distance. Sometimes the air conditioning in the tower struggles during the peak of summer but we manage with a few extra fans. Most of us have been working together for years so we don't need a lot of rules to know how to get the work done. We just show up and handle the business of the day as it comes. It is a simple way to run a company.
