Jaina Interlining

Jaina Interlining is located on the first floor at 1042/9 in Govind Puri, over in the Kalkaji area. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve been here for a while and we’re used to it. The space isn't huge, so we have to be smart about how we stack the rolls of interlining so there’s still room to walk around. Being in a residential and commercial mix like Govind Puri means there's always something happening outside. You hear the street vendors and the traffic all day long. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a working space where we handle the stock and talk to our customers. Most of the people who buy from us are small tailors or garment makers from around the neighborhood. We don't use a lot of big words or have long meetings about strategy. We just see what the customer needs and try to find the right material for them from the shelves. Sometimes the lights flicker when the load is high, but we keep going. It’s a modest way to earn a living, and we’re okay with that. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to be reliable for the people who stop by our little first-floor spot. It’s just us, some fabric, and a lot of daily hard work.
