If you ever find yourself in Pitampura, you probably know the Pearls Omaxe Tower. We are up on the fourth floor, in units 405 to 407. Jagriti Plastics has been operating out of this spot in Netaji Subhash Place for a good bit of time. It’s a busy building, always people waiting for the elevators and delivery guys running around. Inside our office, things are a bit crowded with samples and paperwork. We spend our time dealing with plastic materials and making sure orders for our customers get processed right. It gets pretty warm in Delhi during the summer, so we keep the fans going all day long. My desk is usually covered in folders and a few half-empty tea cups. We aren't a corporate giant with a glass boardroom; it’s more about getting the orders out and answering the phone when it rings. Some of the guys have been working here since the start. We know the local chai wala by name. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside on the main road, but you get used to it. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of stapler pins, just normal office stuff. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide plastic products to the folks who need them and try to keep things moving. We stay busy enough without needing to make a big fuss about what we do.
