Our shop is located at 282 Swaroop Nagar, right on Street No 13. It’s a pretty standard residential area, so we spend a lot of our time going from one house to another. Most of what we do involves water filters. They always seem to break down at the worst times, usually when people have guests over. We keep a lot of spare parts and filters in the back of the shop, though it’s never as organized as we’d like it to be. The street can get a bit muddy when it rains, making it a pain to load up the equipment into the van. We aren't some big corporation with a call center. When you call, you’re usually talking to one of us who just got back from a job. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, so we know most of the people on this street and the next one over. It’s a lot of physical work, carrying heavy tanks and kneeling on kitchen floors to fix leaks. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s just a place where we store our tools and wait for the phone to ring. We try to get to everyone as fast as we can, but sometimes the traffic in Swaroop Nagar makes that hard. It’s just a regular day-to-day business trying to keep things running for our neighbors and making sure the water stays clean.
