Industrial Needs

Our office for Industrial Needs is located in Patparganj at B-601, Saraswati Apartment. It is on Plot No 97 in the I.P. Extension area. It is a bit different because we are based in an apartment building rather than a big warehouse. This makes the atmosphere a lot more quiet and personal. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks, computers, and a lot of catalogs. Since we are in a residential-commercial mix area, it feels more like a neighborhood than a cold industrial zone. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or responding to inquiries about various industrial supplies. We do not have a big fancy showroom. Instead, we rely on our knowledge of what different factories and workshops need. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, or we have to wait for deliveries in the parking area, but we make it work. It is a small team here, just a handful of us who have been working together for a long time. We know our regulars by name and we do not feel the need to use big corporate talk. We just provide what is asked for and try to be helpful. It is a modest way of doing business, but it suits our style. We like the fact that we can grab a snack from the local stalls nearby during our break. It is a very human way to spend the workday together.
