Our office is over in Okhla, on the first floor of the Dsidc Computer Complex. It’s No. 27 if you’re looking for the exact door. The area is pretty packed with other tech businesses and workshops. Integrated Power Conversion Private Limited isn't a massive company with glass walls and suits. We’re more of a hands-on group. The space is filled with equipment and cables and people trying to figure things out. It can get a bit messy during a big project, but that’s how we work. We’ve been in this building for some time and know the security guards and the folks in the other offices. Lunch usually involves grabbing something quick from the vendors downstairs. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just show up and work on the power systems we've got in front of us. Some days the power in the building even flickers a bit, which is ironic for us. We just keep going. It’s a practical environment. We don't have fancy marketing or a polished image. If someone calls, they usually talk to whoever is closest to the phone. We just try to do a decent job and stay on top of the technical stuff. It's a lot of testing and checking. That’s our daily routine here in Okhla and we've gotten used to the rhythm of this place after all these years of working.
