Our office is at A-19 in Kailash Colony. It’s a nice enough spot in Delhi, tucked away in a residential area that has turned into a hub for smaller businesses like ours. At Indrox Global Pvt Ltd, we don’t have a massive factory or a big warehouse right here. This is mostly where we handle the coordination and the global side of our trade. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the desks and the files, but we make it work. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which is nice when we have to focus on complicated shipping documents. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing emails to people in different time zones. It’s funny how you can be in a quiet house in Kailash Colony but be talking to someone halfway across the world. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick talk about what needs to be handled first. There isn't any corporate hierarchy here where you can't talk to the person next to you. We all just jump in and help out when the work piles up. Parking on the street can be a nightmare, so most of us try to get in early. We’ve been here for a while and the office feels like a second home, even if it’s just a place where we process orders. We just keep things moving along.
