Our office is tucked away in Shanker Nagar Extension, right near Krishna Nagar in the Shahdra part of Delhi. We are located at 11/26, and the place is usually a hive of activity. You’ll often find Kuldeep Jain or Praveen Kumar Jain around here, as they are the ones keeping things organized. Delhi is a crowded place, and Shahdra is no different, so there is always a lot of energy outside our doors. Inside, we have our desks and a whole lot of filing cabinets. We handle a variety of logistics tasks, mostly focusing on making sure goods move through the city and out to other regions without getting stuck in the chaos. The building isn't brand new, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it’s home for us during the work week. We don't use any complicated systems. It's mostly just hard work and keeping a close eye on the manifests. We know the neighbors and the local shops, which makes the workday a bit more pleasant. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes things difficult, but we’ve learned how to work around it over the years. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we check the orders, we talk to the drivers, and we go home once the work is done. There’s no fluff here, just the daily reality of moving freight in a big, busy city like this one. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork.
