Our spot is right in Kapashera, specifically in Bir Bazar Gali. If you’ve been to this part of Delhi near the Fun Food Village, you know it’s a total maze of small streets and shops. We are located at Satishkumar’s place. It’s a very active area, always people moving boxes or walking to the nearby markets. We do international research work, which sounds a bit complicated, but day-to-day it’s just a lot of us sitting together and going through numbers and reports. The office gets a bit noisy because of the street outside, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and vendors. We’ve been in this Kapashera location for a bit, and it suits us because it’s close to the border. The building itself is just a standard brick structure, nothing that stands out. We spend most of our time on the phones or typing away. When the heat gets bad in the summer, we just keep the fans going and keep working. There’s no fancy lobby or coffee machines here, just a kettle and some biscuits in the corner. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just focus on getting the data right and meeting the deadlines that come down from the main office. It’s a practical way to work, being right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix like Bir Bazar. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the daily tasks.
