If you’ve ever been to Shiva Market, you know it’s a crowded place with plenty of energy and noise. Imprimiss Medical System Private Limited has its space here among all the other shops and offices. We work with medical systems, which involves a lot of technical checks and making sure the software and hardware are doing what they should. Climbing the stairs to the second floor every morning is our version of a workout. The office is a bit lived-in, with manuals stacked on shelves and cables tucked into corners. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls; we mostly just have calendars and task lists. The market outside is always loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle a lot of calls from technicians and hospital staff who need help with their systems. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary, and we’ve gotten pretty good at troubleshooting things over the phone. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations.
