We are over at W-25 in the Okhala Industrial Area, Phase-II. If you’ve ever been to Okhala, you know it’s a bit of a scramble with all the traffic and the narrow lanes between the buildings. Our place is right in the thick of it. We do electronics work here. Most of the day is spent at workbenches with soldering irons and small components. It’s quiet work in some ways, but there is always the hum of the testing equipment in the background. We have boxes of circuit boards and bags of tiny parts everywhere. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a few years. We do a lot of small-scale assembly and repairs. Sometimes a customer drops by with a specific problem, and we try to figure it out for them. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and looking through magnifying glasses. The office is just a desk near the door where we take calls and sign for deliveries. We don't have a website that’s updated every day or any big advertising. We just rely on being here in Okhala and doing the work as it comes in. It’s a bit dusty and the tea stall down the street is where we get our breaks. That’s just life running a small electronics outfit in the city.
