Our place is on the Second Floor at T-1 Okhla Phase-2. If you know Okhla, you know how the traffic can be, especially near the main intersections. Ibahn Illumination Pvt Ltd is tucked away in a building that’s seen a lot of history. You have to climb the stairs to get to us, which is a bit of a workout every morning. Once you're inside, it’s a mix of a workshop and a small office space. We have lights set up all over for testing, so it’s usually pretty bright in there even on cloudy days. There are three of us who handle the phones and the paperwork, and the rest are usually busy with the actual products. It’s not the quietest office because of the noise from the street below and the other units in the building. We’ve got a small balcony where we keep some plants that aren't doing too well, but we try to water them. The desks are a bit cramped because we keep adding more equipment and boxes. We usually eat our lunch at our desks or go out to the small market nearby. It’s a busy environment and things move fast. Sometimes we stay late when a big delivery is expected or if there's a lot of work to finish. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the plumbing. It feels like home to us now and we just keep going.
