We are located in the Surya Kiran Building at 19 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, specifically in room 1211. Being up on the twelfth floor gives us a decent view of the city, though we are usually too busy to look out the window at the traffic below. HUMMEL CONNECTOR SYSTEMS PVT LTD is what we do, focusing on all sorts of industrial connectors and cable glands. The building is quite old and has that classic office feel with long hallways and many different businesses on every floor. We have a small team here managing the sales and distribution for the region. It is a bit of a trek to the elevators during the lunch rush because the building is so tall and everyone is hungry. Our office is packed with catalogs and samples of the different connectors we offer. We spend a lot of time on the phone with clients or replying to emails about technical specs and delivery dates. It is not the most exciting work, but it is important for the industries we serve. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the corporate nonsense that you find in some of the newer office parks around town. We just want to make sure people get the right parts for their projects. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building is a bit temperamental, but we manage. It is a central spot to be in, and it makes meeting with people fairly easy since everyone knows where this building is.
