House Of Kheesa. You can find us on the 3rd floor of Plot 141 in Block 25. We are right near the Gol Chakkar in Shakti Nagar. The traffic around the circle is always a bit much, especially in the evenings. Being on the third floor, we get a bit of a breeze but it’s still a climb up the stairs. We deal with a lot of textiles here. The rooms are filled with the smell of new fabric and some old paperwork. We have a big window that looks out towards the main road. Most of our day is spent at the long tables, measuring and cutting. We have a few old fans that make a lot of noise but they keep us cool. Shakti Nagar is a busy residential and commercial mix. We have a small corner for our accounts and a lot of space for the stock. We don't have a big showroom, it’s more of a workshop feel. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. Sometimes the parcels pile up near the door and we have to step over them. It’s not a very fancy place, just where the work happens. We focus on the details of the kheesas we make. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get new shipments in. We just work through the lists and get things shipped out to whoever ordered them.
