Our office is right on the first floor at E-88 in Lajpat Nagar-I. It's a busy part of New Delhi, as anyone who lives here knows. Even though the name is Holiday Inn Gem Park Ooty, we do the administrative side of things from this Delhi branch. It might seem a bit odd to have an Ooty hotel office tucked away in a residential and commercial mix like Lajpat Nagar, but that’s just how we operate. We spend our days here dealing with reservations and talking to people on the phone about their trips down south. The building is typical for this area, and we’ve made ourselves at home on the first floor. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the traffic and the markets nearby, but we just keep working through it. We aren't a massive call center or anything like that. It’s just a few of us handling the back-end stuff. We try to keep things simple and get the bookings confirmed without too much fuss. If you're looking for us, look for the E-88 sign. It's not a grand hotel lobby here, just a functional space with desks, computers, and files. We’ve been in Delhi-110024 for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood.
