We've been over here at A2/2, Phase 1Mayapuri Industrial Area for quite a while now. Hi-Lux Automotive Pvt Ltd isn't some massive corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a regular workspace where we handle our daily business. Most mornings start early, usually before the traffic really picks up on the main roads. We get the shutters up and start looking through the tasks for the day. It’s mostly about making sure the automotive parts are sorted and the orders are moving along. The air in the industrial area is always thick with the sound of machinery and trucks, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our team is small, just a few people who have been doing this for a long time. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings. Most of our talking happens right there on the shop floor while we're working. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a big shipment comes in, but we eventually get everything back in its place. People stop by the office to ask about parts or just to check on an order they placed last week. A big reception area isn't something we have here, so you usually just find someone at their desk or near the workbench. It’s a practical way to run things, honestly. We stay until the work is done, lock up, and head home. That’s pretty much how it goes here every day. It can be exhausting, but it's what we do.
