Hikes Home Nidhi Limited is situated right in the Masoodpur Market area of Vasant Kunj. We are on the ground floor of house number A-85, which makes it very easy for people to just walk in right from the street. Being in South Delhi, it's a bustling location with plenty of activity. Our office is where the locals come to talk about their small savings and how the system works for them. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. The walls are plain, and the desks are just practical furniture we've had for a while. Most of our day is spent typing away at the computer or sorting through various forms. It’s a lot of administrative work, but it’s important for keeping things running smoothly for everyone. People from the market often drop in while they’re out shopping for groceries. We know a lot of the shopkeepers and residents nearby by their first names now. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We aren't some distant corporation with a call center; we are right here on the ground floor where anyone can see us through the door. We try to keep things simple and clear for everyone who visits. There’s usually a bit of paper shuffling and the sound of the market traffic outside, but that’s just our daily environment. We focus on getting the daily deposits recorded and making sure the membership details are all correct in our system for the people who trust us.
