We’re located at Shop Number 6 on the ground floor over in Sant Nagar. It’s a small space, right in the middle of the busy market area where everything is happening. Being a Nidhi company, we handle the local savings and lending among our members. South Delhi can be an expensive place, but our little corner is kept pretty basic and simple. We’ve got a few old desks and some tall files for the records. People from the neighborhood stop in daily to talk about their accounts or just to check on things. It’s not like a big bank where you’re just a number in a system. Here, we actually know who is who and who their family is. The shop is easy to spot once you’re on the street, though it doesn't stand out much. We don't use flashy lights or big posters to get attention. It’s just a place to get business done and go home. Sometimes the street gets really loud with the traffic and the horns, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our mornings sorting through various paperwork and our afternoons meeting with folks who drop by. It’s honest, steady work for us. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Just us working in the shop every day. The floor is a bit worn from all the feet walking in, but it shows we’re actually helping people. We just keep things moving along. If you’re around Sant Nagar, you’ve probably seen us.
