Hemashri International Import & Export Online Shopping Limited is our name, and it’s a mouthful, but it covers what we do. We are located at Plot No. 9-B, right on the ground floor of Heera Lal Market. It’s near the MCD Colony in Pooth Kalan, so it’s a fairly well-known spot in the North West part of Delhi. Being in a market area like Heera Lal means there is always something going on outside our door. We do a mix of things here, from handling imports and exports to managing the online shopping side of the business. The office is often full of samples and packages waiting to be sent out. It gets a bit crowded sometimes, especially when new stock arrives. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team trying to keep up with the orders that come in. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to see what we are doing. The ground floor location makes it easy for the couriers to drop off and pick up stuff, which is a big help. It’s a busy life, especially with the online part where things never really stop. We handle the paperwork and the physical stuff ourselves. It's practical work and we enjoy the fast pace of the market. There’s always tea being passed around while we check the latest shipping lists.
