Our office is over at 50, N.W.A. Club Road, which is part of the Punjabi Bagh Extension area. It is a decent neighborhood, though finding a parking spot near the club can be a real headache some mornings. The building itself is straightforward, nothing too modern, just a solid place where we handle the business. Inside, you will see several desks pushed together and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We do a lot of work with materials and industrial supplies, so there is always someone on the phone checking a manifest or talking to a vendor. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise in the summer, but we are used to it. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know who takes their tea with extra sugar. We do not really do big meetings with fancy slides; usually, we just talk across the room or stand by the door when someone is leaving. It gets pretty hectic around month-end when all the accounts need settling. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow road, and the neighbors complain, so we have to go out and move things around to keep the peace. It is just the daily routine for us here. We keep our heads down, do the paperwork, and make sure the orders go out to the right places without too much fuss.
