Halomax Lighting Systems

Our workshop is situated at C 172 in Okhla Industrial Area Phase I. It’s a busy part of the city, and getting here in the morning can be a real struggle with the traffic. Halomax Lighting Systems has been in this spot for a while. The building is older, but it serves us well. We have a lot of lighting fixtures and components stored everywhere. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The guys on the floor are usually busy with assembly or testing out different units. It gets pretty bright in here sometimes when we have everything turned on at once. We don't really have a professional marketing team or anything like that. We just have people who know how to put things together. Okhla Phase I is full of businesses like ours, so there’s a constant hum of activity in the neighborhood. We spend our days answering calls and making sure the deliveries are on track. It’s a lot of coordination. The office area is just a few desks squeezed into the front part of the space. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the piles of paperwork. Some days are better than others, especially when the power stays steady and we can get through the list. It’s just a regular small business experience here. We do what we can and keep moving.
